Check the product description, weight or size, quantity and price before purchasing. Displayed colours may vary by screen, and natural oud characteristics may vary between pieces. This does not limit your right to products matching their description. Product prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and the total are shown during checkout. Each promotion is subject to its stated conditions.
4. Orders and payment
Check your order and address before confirming, and use a payment method available in the store. Fulfilment depends on payment confirmation and product availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled or a material pricing or information error occurs, we will contact you about the options and any refund due under applicable law. We will not charge an amended price without your agreement.

Delivery options and charges are shown during checkout. Any displayed delivery time is an estimate unless stated otherwise and may be affected by the destination or carrier circumstances.
